#ToddlerTuesday

Press Here by Herve TulletDSC_1498 Press Here is such a fun book, there is no other way to put it. Herve Tullet has a few books out that follow this same interactive concept and they are all fabulous. I have not run into a book like this one before, where you actually manipulate the book in ways! The story tells you what you need to do and then on the next page the dots have changed in some way. It is a book that sneaks in the concept of following directions, as well as cause and effect.  ps. Just because this book is reviewed for toddlers, older littles may enjoy it too. It is a great toddler book because the pages are a little thicker than normal – making it easier for those tiny, tubular toddler fingers to turn the page.DSC_1499I could see myself sitting for hours pressing the different dots, shaking the book and reading it over and over. I love that at the end he leads you back to the beginning so you can just keep looping back and there really is no end to the book, and we all know how much littles love reading stories a cajillion times in a row. It is a simple book yet so engaging and captivating, sure to enthrall any little!
Get out some art supplies and make some dot art!
